How Courses You Have Taken Will Be Treated
Details any adjustments made to courses taken (e.g., course forgiveness, adjusting units downward, transfer courses that were not accepted for units by SDSU).
Academic Courses (Completed and IP)
Lists all courses SDSU has record of a student taking.
GPAs: Institution, Transfer & Total
How to calculate GPAs, parse IP versus completed units, etc.
List of any courses a student is registered in. Note: this list includes courses that a student is currently in progress taking as well as any future courses in which the student is enrolled.
Incomplete Academic File (if applicable)
Section appears if SDSU is awaiting materials (e.g., high school, college or study abroad transcript).
Exceptions to Academic Program (if applicable)
Lists petitions applied to a student's record, graduation evaluation after student has applied to graduate (and graduation advisor has reviewed their degree progress).
