EXTRA CREDIT - 5 points

The purpose of these surveys is to learn how to improve the course moving forward. Online learning has many challenges; as problems may arise, I like to gather data to continually shape and problem-solve for our course. 

This survey is available from the Monday-Wednesday before Exam 1 opens. Please do not take this survey until you have finished the modules indicated. The survey is worth a possible 5 points of extra credit. Not participating in this survey will not harm your overall grade.
