👋 Hello, we're the Application Services team!
We’re here to support you with Tier 3 system administration for enterprise tools like Zoom, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Sign, and ServiceNow! Our team takes care of advanced setup, troubleshooting, license management, and keeping everything running smoothly. We also work closely with the IT Security Office on security matters, including investigations and data exports. Plus, we manage third-party integrations for SDSUid Single Sign-On (SSO) and Canvas LTI, and oversee change management to keep everything in sync.
